Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Initial Naturopathic Consultations.
To honour the time and preparation required for your initial naturopathic consultation, the full booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee secures your appointment and covers time spent researching and preparing your case.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
• More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment and receive a full refund or credit.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty. Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% refund or credit.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future appointments.

Emergencies: I understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please contact me as soon as possible if you experience a genuine emergency, and I’ll do my best to accommodate at my discretion.

Other Appointments

*Medical Astrology – Please select “In person” service type. Please note that appointments must be booked at least 14 days in advance. This allows me the time needed to prepare your natal chart and send it to you ahead of your session.
Payment required in full upon booking. Once this is booked, I dedicate 3-5 hours to complete your chart analysis and individualised PDF book before emailing it to you. Non refundable.

*For all other services — including naturopathic follow-ups, Reiki, and Tarot sessions — advance payment is not required at the time of booking.
However, please note that a 50% fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without notice. This helps to honour the time reserved for you and ensures fairness for other clients who may be waiting for availability.
