What to Expect
- Pre-consultation: You’ll receive a patient intake form to share your health goals, health issues and history. Here I may research further into your presentation if required.
- Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): We’ll have an in-depth conversation about your health, lifestyle, and goals.
- Personalised Treatment: You’ll get real-time advice and receive a detailed treatment plan. If required, I can forumulate custom supplements and herbal remedies for you. For certain products, I’ll provide a digital prescription to order online from a Perth supplier.
- Customised Treatment Plan: Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a detailed email outlining:
- Your specific health goals
- Steps to achieve them
- Tailored suggestions for diet, exercise, and stress management
- Herbal and/or nutritional prescriptions
- Supplemental information for your health journey
- Directions and forms for further testing if required (functional testing, blood testing)

Testing:
Sometimes it is necessary to do further testing to investigate your health presentations. We can request numerous tests such as:
- Standard blood tests
- Functional testing – Such as Microbiome mapping, vaginal microbiome mapping, heavy metals testing, food sensitivities testing, DNA testing. Functional tests are specialised tests that can measure the body’s physiological function (function at a molecular, cellular, tissue or organ level), and can measure certain pathways, nutrients, enzymes, genes, hormones, neurotransmitters, bacteria’s and more!

60-90 minute initial appointment. $200.
Full payment upon booking is required to honour the time taken to prepare for an intial consult.
- Approximately 1 hour of preparation and/or research based on your intake form
- Analysis of any tests you have included
- 60 to 90-minute in-depth consultation
- Up to 2 hours of research and creation of your individualised treatment plan after the appointment
- A treatment plan tailored to your individual needs that is emailed to you in pdf format within 1-2 business days.
45 minute follow up appointment. $100
- Analysis of any further tests provided
- Ongoing research required for your specific case
- Ongoing support
- Evaluation of presentation/health condition
- Modifications to your customised treatment plan as needed
30 minute acute appointment. $60
- Suitable for acute presentations such as colds, acute infections, menstrual discomfort, insomnia, rashes, flu, those wanting safe access to practitioner only products, etc.
- Assessment and treatment plan for the acute condition
Any additional tests or prescribed herbal/nutritional medicines are at your discretion and will incur additional costs. I always endeavour to work within the patient’s budget and am mindful of the expense of many medicines- however it is reccomended to allow $50-$100 for prescribed medicines.
